Returns

Physical Products:

  • Return Period: You have [30] days from the date of receipt to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Condition of Return: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [14] business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

Digital Products:

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the intangible nature of digital products, we do not generally offer refunds. Once a digital product is purchased, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

  • Exceptions: If you encounter technical issues preventing you from accessing or using the digital product, please contact us. We will attempt to resolve the issue:

    • Resolution: If we cannot resolve the issue, we might offer a refund or replacement at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • Proof of Issue: You must provide evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots or detailed descriptions) when requesting assistance or a refund.

 

Services (Training/Coaching):

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Full Refund: You can cancel your session and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least [48 hours] before the scheduled time.

    • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the session will incur a [50%] cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling a session is subject to availability and must be requested at least [24 hours] before the original session time to avoid fees.

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return criteria.

  • For international returns, additional customs duties or fees might apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
